About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IBM OpenPages GRC Technical Specialist to support and enhance a critical Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform within a highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for platform configuration, administration, reporting, integrations, and ongoing production support of IBM OpenPages.Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer IBM OpenPages environments.
- Develop and maintain object types, fields, workflows, profiles, and security models.
- Build and support reports, dashboards, and analytics using Cognos.
- Manage data integrations, FastMap loads, and API-based interfaces.
- Perform SQL analysis and support data quality initiatives.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
- Ensure platform stability, security, performance, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages.
- Strong experience in OpenPages configuration and administration.
- Experience with Cognos Analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of Oracle and/or DB2 databases.
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- REST API integrations
- FastMap data loads
- ETL development
- Java/JSP customization
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking, financial services, or regulatory sector experience.
- IBM OpenPages certifications.
- Knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, or related GRC frameworks.
- Arabic language skills.
