Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Prices may change for new actions; an action you have already accepted keeps the price it was quoted.
What happens if an AI action fails?
The credits held for it are returned to your balance.
Does anything renew automatically?
No. Credits and Portfolio Pro are one-time purchases. Showcify does not sell subscriptions, so nothing charges your payment method on its own.
What is an ATS?
An applicant tracking system (ATS) is software companies use to screen job applications. When you submit your resume, the ATS extracts key information and ranks it before a recruiter sees it. Showcify scores every resume against ATS parsers so you can see — and fix — what the filter sees before you apply.
