Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Openlink Endur across FO, MO, BO, and Logistics.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents using SQL, application logs, and root-cause analysis.
- Perform daily health checks, EOD monitoring, and control report validation.
- Identify recurring issues, raise problem records, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Support UAT, regression testing, and production releases.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting runbooks.
- Act as an Endur SME for business users and provide support during extended hours.
Required Skills
- 4–7+ years of Endur production support experience.
- Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle and EOD processes.
- Experience with physical and/or financial commodity trading.
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to OpenJVS / OpenComponents and ability to review custom code.
- Knowledge of Endur interfaces with Risk, Finance, and Data Warehouse systems.
- Experience in a follow-the-sun support model.
